- Educate their supervisors and employees about rights and responsibilities with FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- Create an addendum for the FMCSA Clearinghouse to your DOT drug and alcohol policy.
- Perform Pre-Hire queries on each new hire.
- Perform Annual queries on all drivers.
- Report positive alcohols.
- Report collection site refusals.
- Report known drug and/or alcohol use.
