FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
The FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse is a database that provides real-time access to information about drivers’ drug and alcohol violations. This platform is critical for employers, including Owner Operators, in ensuring that high safety standards are adhered to, by preventing drivers with violations from moving unnoticed from one job to another.
