  5. Report all positive Breath or Saliva Alcohols to the Clearinghouse FMCSA.
  6. Document and report all collection site refusals to the Clearinghouse FMCSA.
  7. Document and report all known drug or alcohol use in the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
  8. Report all Return to Duty Drug test in the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
  9. Report all Follow-up testing program completion in the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
